Peanut Butter Granola
Delicious.
Simple ingredients.
Reduced sugar.
Pair it with yogurt for a good fat and protein combo in the morning.
Josh and I make this a lot. The kids eat if everyday for breakfast. We make a triple batch and store it in a glass jar on our counter top. One child likes to climb on the counter and take little handfuls of granola throughout the day. The original recipe is from Juli Bauer. She has great simple recipes that I use a lot. For my modified version of her peanut butter granola, I halved the sugar. Even though it is pure maple syrup, we try to reduce our sugar intake as much as we can.
