Recipes on Repeat
I thought I would share some recipes that we cook and eat on repeat in our home. We focus on the following things when choosing recipes:
Non-processed foods
Nutrient dense foods
High in protein and vegetables
Easily eaten by babies and toddlers
Leftovers are palatable for children (and me, I can be picky with leftovers)
Depending on the time of year I look for crock pot, instant pot, sheet pan, casserole style, or smoker/BBQ recipes.
